Recently I decided to take the stairs instead of the elevator when I arrived to work during the month of February. My office is on the third floor and when I began my ascent on the third flight, I started to feel the burn in my thighs and my lungs. There are no motivational signs in the stairwell telling you to keep going. When I reached the top although I was out of breath I still felt exhilaration and a sense of accomplishment. I also gained a life lesson. The way to your goal can be tough when you’re almost at the top. The scenery is not great so there no distractions. Feel the burn but keep going! It’s worth it!
Thanks for joining me!
